From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

The breakfast offering in a lovely local cafe was nice, especially the coffee. The apartment was light and spacious. Very comfortable and clean. The location could not have been better, walking distance to everywhere, including all the sights and shopping! Brando, our host, was super friendly and helpful.

This place was so wonderful. The room was very clean and tidy. The owner? was constantly checking us if we are okay out of kindness and answered all the requests we had. We would definitely stay in this place if we come back to Rome. Thanks again for all the help.

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, bed comfort, being in a building with character, and its decoration made it a great experience for us. The staff was helpful. After a long and sleepless journey, they allowed us to check in early. When we were leaving, we were also able to leave our luggage to spend a few more hours in the city. If we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

I chose to stay at TP Place in the first place because it is a small hotel in a historical building to have cozy stay with the touch of the culture. What i get is far more better than what expected. Number one for me is the smell of the place and the cleanliness is perfection . All the staff are remarkably welcoming and very friendly which I really appreciate. The decorations is beautiful. I will absolutely recommend you to stay and get the whole experience.

The property is at an amazing location , just few meters walking distance from the Colloseo and the Palantin Hills . The staff is extremely friendly and polite.
