The service consciousness of the hotel staff is beyond expectations. Everything we asked for was received willingly and generously. The stay was very pleasant and there was a feeling that we were being taken care of personally. The hotel staff is attentive and helped quickly and efficiently with any problem. For example: additional heating and variety at breakfast. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff offered dinner and adjusted some of the dishes according to our request (vegetarian). The location is a bit far from the center but the view is amazing and the location is great for sightseeing.

Exeptional stuff, especially Oana! they give us present when we leave, and we were there for only one day. Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms, with everything you need and more! Great SPA with best outside hot jakuzzi(it was raining when we were inside😊) Biggest sauna I have ever seen. Everything was 5 star, and the best thing is hotel himself. Beautiful arhitecture of an old 1850 building which, back then, was iron factory! Every part of the hotel was art....walls, floors, wood and stone of such a beauty! And very expensive and beautiful sculptures everywhere in hotel, that you can buy if you can😊 Very nice garden for rest in the shades and sun. We will be back for sure!

Very warm welcome from Sonia and Sandro with welcome drinks, sandwiches. They also thought about our first breakfast and provided croissants and mortadella. The house is spacious, warm and cozy with a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Wifi works well. Parking in front of the house within the garden. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of snow.
