Our stay at this accommodation on the beautifully situated hillside of Lake Como was simply fantastic. The view of the lake that you can enjoy from here is absolutely breathtaking and put a smile on our faces every morning. The apartments are not only spotlessly clean, but also extremely spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. From fully equipped kitchens to comfortable beds and modern bathrooms - nothing is missing here. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa with pool. Here, too, you immediately notice that the highest value is placed on cleanliness and comfort. After an eventful day, we were able to relax and unwind here. However, the warm hospitality of Mr. Marco deserves special mention. He welcomed us personally on our arrival and showed us around the entire property. His helpfulness and insider tips for excursion destinations and restaurants in the area made our stay even more unforgettable. You can tell immediately that he is passionate about his work and does everything he can to make his guests feel at home. Overall, we can recommend this accommodation without reservation and would like to thank Mr. Marco once again for his hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning here.

The flat was spacious and comfortable. Nothing was missing from it. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The most wonderful thing was the large terrace with an automatically opening awning. And then there's that view of Lake Como.... The facility has on-site parking.

The property is located in the north side of the lake which is 20 minutes drive to Menaggio. It’s very calm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very standard. The pool is very beautiful with a view over the lake. There are many private parking places at the hotel. The staff are super charming and warm it feels right at home.

Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

This hotel had a lot of Italian charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel amenities were very good. The spa & pool was great. And the view from our room was superb. We cannot wait to come back again!

Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.
