We had a wonderful stay at the Petra Plaza! First and foremost, the staff are so extremely kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet very ample, with both Jordanian (e.g. hummus, falafel) and Western options (fresh eggs, cereals). The hotel's location is in the center of Wadi Musa, so there are plenty of good restaurants within 5 min walking distance, and the entrance to Petra is a 3 min drive away (I don't recommend walking, as it is a steep road and you will be tired at the end of the day!) We especially loved that the staff left us complementary fruits, sweets and snacks - these were the special touches that made our stay extra special. :)

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

We enjoyed very much our room with balcony. The sunsets were very nice. We appreciated the spa facilities and the massage. Overall the services were very good value for money and we would be happy to return at this property. All the staff was very friendly and supportive.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very complete, and it's actually a five-minute walk from the entrance to Petra and the bus terminal, which made it very convenient. Recommended.

My stay at Petra Inbox Hostel was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from giving tips about Petra to helping me plan transportation. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the common areas had a really nice atmosphere where you can meet other travelers. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it super convenient. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to relax after exploring, with beautiful views and a peaceful vibe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, and the price was really good for what you get. Overall, it felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra!
