The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

Right near the train station but very quiet so central location, the hotel has very spacious rooms and balconies with everything a traveler could want and more, the design and service were terrific. We couldn’t have had a better stay, beautiful!

Location is Great! only 2min by walk to Hakata station , Train, bus , subway everywhere to great access! there has 24H convenience store in side hotel, it was awesome to get some drinks or foods anytime. also spa onsen is clean, wide .we enjoyed hotel stay . definitely we'll come back :)
