Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.

Everything in the hotel was great, welcoming reception, everything clean, well organized, fully equipped room (a bit small but I chose the smallest one) and the hot sprint on the top floor is superb. I highly recommend this hotel! The personnel is so friendly and welcoming. They spent hours with me to solve my problems (lost my bag on the train) cause I couldn’t speak Japanese. Thank you sooo much !! And the view is amazing 🤩

The room was very spacious and had a really nice view. The location was very convenient for me, as it was close to place that I was going to visit, but for the general public I would say there is not much around. However, the tram station is just a couple of blocks away and connects the hotel with the city centre and the airport very efficiently.
