Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The rooftop offers a wonderful view of Kobe, and the onsen facilities included in the stay were absolutely fantastic – in Europe we would probably call it a sauna or wellness. The hotel is located outside Kobe near a train station (about 7-10m walk). There are signs on the train station that guide you to the hotel. The train runs pretty often but less often than in the city. The room with a view of the bridge was excellent. We enjoyed watching the ships and traffic. The hotel itself is magnificent. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was really good.
