An extraordinary hotel, with everything you want! Everything is superlative! The hotel staff is attentive and they do everything they can for you so that your stay is successful! I want to especially thank Ladang and Jowran who helped us and solved anything we asked them or needed! I have never encountered such behavior in other hotels where I have stayed. Professionals! Fantastic hotel, perfect in every detail! Even the pick-up from the port in the hotel's elegant van is a super positive impression. And then, when you think that nothing will surprise you, you have a huge, unique pleasure of meeting Sean - Room Division Manager. This man treats you like a member of the closest family and does everything to make your stay here unforgettable!. To start with, a free upgrade to a premium room with a sea view. The room is beautiful, large, very clean, modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. Fantastic comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Pure perfection. We wanted to rent a scooter in the city: Sean sent us a van together with a wonderful girl from the service to help us with the formalities and check if everything was ok. We asked about transport to the bus station for our onward journey. Sean organized it so that the bus came to the hotel to pick us up! This man is a pure treasure!The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Everywhere you meet with kindness and a smile on their face. The hotel has a beautiful, constantly cleaned beach, a wonderful pool. Fantastic breakfast. This is a place where elegance, luxury has reached the highest level!

The apartment is modern and located in a new building with a new elevator. Mostly tourists stay in the building, which creates a nice, friendly atmosphere. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a desk for work, kettle, dishes, and a washing machine. Air conditioning works well, and the internet connection is stable. The large bed and spacious shower area were very comfortable. Two towels, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. An iron was available, though I didn’t use it.

Really enjoyed the place. Can check in at night if you tell them. The studio is above the mall so it’s very convenient.

Although we stayed for only one night, we loved everything about this Hotel/resort. Everywhere we went, the property was obviously clean and taken care of. Our room was immaculate, clean and more than comfortable, bed was dreamy. The bathroom was very modern and again, immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a great space to hang out, enjoy a meal and drink while looking out over the city and sea. The pool was perfect. The staff are seriously next-level wonderful - warm, caring, professional . While checking in, I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. The staff went above and beyond to locate and have my phone returned to me. I can’t explain how fantastic the team are and how grateful I am for their support and care. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
