The staff were beautiful people, very helpful and accommodating. The views are splendid. The FOOD IS THE BEST PART. Amazing buffets, im usually not a fan of buffet, but they were real good. They spoil you rotten. I felt like being within the property only instead of going out.

The hospitality was second to none. Amazingly friendly and helpful booking tuk-tuks and giving advice on trips etc. The breakfast is epic, you won’t need to eat until dinner time. This property was brilliant value for money the breakfast was included and we had extra toast and lots of coffee it was over 1Litres of coffee, pancake, toast, fruit etc Shirley was amazing with the food recommendations and local sight seeing, even helped with train times to see 9 arch bridge pictures and told us the rates for scooter rental which are 2500 but you can bargain down to around 2000 try multiple places.

Good location, quiet location but close enough to city center with a short tuktuk ride. Walking distance to the nine arch bridge and little adams peak is a great plus. Amazing staff. Siva and Ghika were very helpful making our staff comfortable. Breakfast is huge.

The Cozy Forest is a beautiful relaxing solution if you want to spend some days in Ella. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. The host was very kind, helped us on any request we had and explained what to do in the days we were there. The position is a little outside of Ella but in a few minute in tuk tuk is possible to easily reach the city center. To be out of the city is a huge advantage because is quiet.
