The most beautiful and hospitable hotel ived visited globally , food excellent, staff superb , rooms clean . Food again I cannot rate highly enough. This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. Really cute little place situated within walking distance of lovers leap waterfall and the Pedro tea factory. Owners were really friendly and helpful. The food was good too. If you’re looking for something quiet out in the tea fields this is the place for you.

We're a family of six (four kids!) and just spent 2 days at Grand Hotel. If I had to sum up our experience in one word, it would be PERFECTGrand Hotel  is an ideal choice for a vacation at Kandy. It's conveniently close to all the action – bars, restaurants, and surf spots – yet provides a wonderfully quiet and relaxing escape.The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally professional and always attentive to our requests with a special thanks to Shiron! The meals, from breakfast to dinner, were consistently tasty, and the menu offered a great variety.I highly recommend Grand Hotel that contributing to our perfect family vacation.

Windsor Residence Nuwara Eliya was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who has been in this Hotel before. I am so thankful to her first of all. This is actually the Best Hotel I stayed during my Honeymoon in Sri Lanka. Beautiful Hotel with a great Interior and exterior. Very Clean atmosphere, Very comfy Beds, Cozy Bedrooms, Great WIFI, Sterlite TV, Tea & Coffee Making Facilities are few of the facilities I found. I found this as a family run property and the Business Owner Mr. Thushara and his very efficient family members always took great care of their Guests and paid extra attention in to every little detail. Breakfast was super (and it was too much for us actually) and we ordered Dinner also and the Food is so yummy.
