Carefully managed piece of heaven on the edge between ocean and jungle with european comfort and fantastic cuisine! Fantastic beach where you can swim. You can see peacocks, monkeys, varans, mongoose, buffalo, fireflies around the resort. Spacious and extra clean rooms. Well maintained pool. Owners are great people and experienced travelers, they know how to make your stay calm and comfortable. Strongly recommended! All our big family hope to come back there next year!

It was so enjoyable stay in lagoon gate. Caring service by all stuff is on highest level. We will never forget hospitality that we were met late at night when we arrived at the hotel. Speciality of this place is very tasty prawns and seafood that you will never find in tangalle. My very special thanks to Lali and Salinda for satisfying all the requests. And cooking man for breakfasts and very good coffee, i dont even figure out what is the secret of it ))

The room was big and clean, the view was incredible, the surrounding was calm and full only of birds singing. The food was delicious and the guy there was extremely versatile and ready to help us by arranging the meals and the turtles watching as we wanted.

Execellent hotel. The beach, pool, service and rooms are great. The staff also planned a perfect day trip to the Udawalawe safari incl. transport, lunch, booking tickets and guide, etc. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, the food, the room , the beach, the staff were adorable! We really enjoyed our stay! They prepared food for us even though we arrived late at night. They called our driver to settle everything!

Aga Surf View is a little paradise on earth! The 5 spacious and super clean cottages are located around a beautiful lush garden with a lovely pool. The restaurant serves amazing food, as well as the best coffee. We bought 2 bags of coffee beans from them as we liked it very much. The staff is so friendly and helpful, really taking the next step and being proactive. The beautiful Silent Beach (picturesque, but with huge/strong waves) is a 5 minutes walk. The beach in front of the hotel is more quiet and suitable for swimming. The next time we’d for sure stay more than 2 nights! Thank you!
