Very nice resort, with super friendly staff - from the reception, to the kitchen, the bar, the cleaners - every one was genuinely friendly. The hotel is set up beautifully in front of the lagoon, and all the areas are very cozy: the indoor restaurant, the outdoor sitting area, the outdoor beach bar, the yoga room: everything is neat! The food was incredibly good, with a huge buffet offering lots of different options (we even found the quality to be way better than the more expensive hotels on the other side of the lagoon!). Our bungalow room was comfortable, and the cleaning ladies even offered to clean it twice a day if we wanted (which was'nt necessary for us, but still a nice gesture/option!). The director was around during our stay, and he seemed friendly not only to the customers but also to the staff, while having everything under control. The free pick-up/drop off shuttle was very convenient as well. The wingfoil instructor we had - Rachid - was super nice and competent, and he was the reason we decided to take more lessons despite the high prices. Also a special shout out to the barman (the one that was running the beachbar during the afternoons), who was incredibly friendly and professional, with strong communication skills in english as well.

Good location and extremely friendly people. Made us breakfast at the moment most convenient for us, brought us to the airport so we didn’t have to call a taxi. They went far beyond normal service that can be expected.

I can really only recommend the hotel to all guests who are really looking for a sophisticated place. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is really fantastic and excellent. Really thanks for constantly working to keep the entire hotel complex clean and tidy. Special thanks for the constant kind service in the restaurant for Lamia, and in the reception for Buscrah. The hotel is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy Dakhla! The buildings, the two pools and the garden are beautifully designed, the ocean view is amazing, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast and dinner menus offer everything you need (and more) by combining international classics and local cuisine - all very delicious! The SPA is lovely and very good! The hotel arranged for us to rent a car which made traveling around the city and to the different kitesurfing-spots very easy. We felt very safe everywhere and very much enjoyed our stay - will definitely come back!
