The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold foods. Also plenty of fresh fruit. All the staff were very friendly on the restaurant.The food was very good at night too.

Absolutely amazing value for money given the size and quality of the room. I stayed in room 719 and it was great. Will struggle to find better value for money anywhere in Europe.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities superb - from the location, room style, the pools (including awesome rooftop pool) to the breakfast, and the staff. Excellent experience!

New Clean hotel with excellent front desk service , very helpful staff in general !

My stay was simply perfect. I chose this hotel to visit Malta but especially to rest. Not only I got total silence and quietness in a charming environment, as I felt part of a family by the lovely staff. Personalised service, friendliness and efficiency. Totally recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable experience in Valletta.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect lication for us. Nearby shopping center, restaurants, stores and bars. Bus station and other transports a minute away. Kind hotel staff. We would definitely stay again here.

Everything was great. Super nice staff, modern furnishing. We also got a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The Presidential Suite, as seen on the hotel website or on Booking.com, is provided for up to two people, but upon special request from us they would add two extra beds for the children to the final price of 1084 euros for four nights. I have to say that the employees were very kind and helpful in all our interactions. But what surprised me was the lack of information about the room from the reception at check in and I will explain why. After we checked in and were given our cards and a keyring with two keys, we were told which elevator to use to go to the 12th floor. After reaching the floor we followed a rather long route to the room. Our initial impression was disappointing as the bedroom veranda was on the inner courtyard and without much of a view, which for me is a problem as I always choose rooms with a view even if we pay more for them as I look for visual escapes. So, if you book a room at this particular hotel, make sure it doesn't have a view of the inner courtyard if you're like me. The living room had a tinted glass door that led out next to other elevators than the ones we had previously taken to the floor, as well as to a lovely large roof terrace with a great view of Valletta, which at first, we thought was communal. We soon found out for ourselves that the roof terrace is private to the suite and that the particular elevators on the 12th floor only served the suite using the key we were given as there were no buttons for the 12th floor. In any other hotel they would advertise these amenities but here they didn't tell us anything leaving us to find out for ourselves, if indeed we were to. I don't know about the rest of the hotel rooms but we really enjoyed ours as it was spacious, with two bathrooms, its own roof terrace with a great view and direct elevator access. Twice a day they brought us sweets equal to the number of people staying in the room. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

Corinthia was simply spectacular. When you search for the few 5 star hotels on the island, yes there are options that are close/in the historic center or by the sea but we stopped by those hotels later on for drinks and food and they are nowhere close to Corinthia when it comes to charm and the pool area all by itself is a reason to stay here. The building is a marvelous old palace and every detail is aesthetically thought. The fruit options could have had more variety but that is all I can really think of. The dinner experience at Bahia was interesting, perhaps would have preferred to be served the silverware instead of grabbing them myself every time from the secret drawer under the table. Try the fabulous cocktail they have with the local prickly pear liquor. It was our favorite. The floral arrangements all around the hotel are a huge success. Also the coffee machine should be provided in each room without having to ask for it. Overall fantastic stay though. The other 5 star hotels can be never but their outdoor pools are much smaller and the charisma of Corinthia wins over with fabulous gardens, pool etc. Highly recommended.
