It is quite unusual to visit a place which is much more than just a very good place with good service. I do not have enough words to describe my satisfaction and gratitude to all the great people working in Westin Turtle Bay. They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I can't mention by name all the great people who put a lot of effort in our time there, but I have to mention about Ms. Madelyn, Ms. Venisha and Ms. Partisha - thank you among all the others. Our sincere thanks and warmest regards! Keep it this way!

I enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. I especially enjoyed that most activities offered at the resort are free. The breakfast was excellent and it catered to the international palette. The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave excellent service too! I would definitely go back and refer other people

The hotel was excellent and the views were amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the vista over Turtle Bay was spectacular.

I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially Ramesh, who was highly accommodating and pleasant. He was always available, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance, with great food and ambience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The Ravenala exceeded all our expectations. I have been to many all inclusive resorts, but The Ravenala is something else. Upon arrival we were welcomed in the best way possible, we got a free upgrade to the adult only wing without even asking for it. These rooms are situated in between the beach and the pool. The perfect location at the resort. We were schocked to find out, that when we wanted to make reservations for all the different restaurants at the resort that they were all fully booked. One of the main reasons to book this resort were the many a la carte restaurants. Once we went upstairs to the reception desk we were greeted by Manish. He told us that it was possible to make a reservation for the restaurants before you even arrive. So I could have made a reservation 1 year in advance. This is something that I had never experienced before in any all in resort. He got us in touch with Saveeta. Saveeta went out of her way to make sure we got the best experience and booked us at every restaurant. Even the Lime which was on a supplement, now free of charge. We went to Manish for a second time to get a late checkout. The normal checkout time is 12:00. We got to keep our room till 19:00 and could still make use of all food and drink options we had before at no extra cost. I could keep writing about The Ravenala and about the amazing staff and everything it has to offer, but you will have to experience that for yourself to know what I am talking about. Manish from the reception desk deserves the biggest raise there is possible, this guy will go out of his way for you and tries to get you everything there is possible. In short: The Ravenala exceeded it all and has insane service. Thanks for giving us such an amazing experience here!

The personnel of the hotel are all amazing. Incredible people that will make your stay an authentic pleasure. We had the package that included dinner and everyday was incredible.

We liked that hotel a lot. It is really small and cozy . But still with the great restaurant and views. And good spa ! The stuff is very nice, cute, hospitable, attentive and do their best for your comfortable staying. Everything was really good and we definitely would have stayed at that hotel while next coming to Mauritius.

Hotel itself and particularly service are simply fantastic. We are travel a lot, and I don’t remember last time we have such a great service!
