Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Everyone was welcoming and really looked after us.

This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

We had a great stay at Layla Tulum. It was very small and cute hotel. The staff was very friendly. The girls at the reception were always ready to help us with suggestions. The place is located close to lot of nice restaurants and the rooms were clean. Ps the hamburgers and the hummus were also delicious.

Bardo is… unique… When arriving at night, at the front desk, we could already feel that the atmosphere was different then other places we’ve been too. At the very first step you make your way to your room, you know that you are on a journey. When passing by the pool with all those trees, plants, lights, and decorations it gets clearer why you came here. You can feel the balance and respect that has been put in between the style of the infrastructures and the nature that is surrounding it, making it a place of harmony. Once we’ve arrived at the end of the path to our room, we could only be amazed by the simplicity, authenticity and taste of decoration. We were about to live in connection with Mother Nature. The transformation starts here. Not only the hotel made us feel reconnected to nature but the themazcal made us reconnect to our true selves and we felt more alive. It’s an incredible experience that I recommend to anyone who meditates and is looking for a higher self awareness and spiritual connection. Also the staff made us feel welcomed and took great care of us at anytime and any moment! Special thanks to Jay, Fernando and Shio at the front desk, who were really helpful and devoted when ever we needed help; to Alejandro, Martin, Manual, and Martin for there smiles, positive vibes and sympathique but professional way of being; to Gloria and the massage team who are very professional and caring; to Diego and Claudia, for they’re open hearts, minds, spirits and amazing work; to the cooking staff for there delicious dishes; to the security staff, who made us feel safe; and finally to the cleaning and gardening staff that makes this places magnificent, cared, respected and always tidy. And, of course, a big thanks to all the other staffs part of Bardo that we didn’t mention and made this place possible. Thanks to you, Bardo, we found a place of harmony, beauty, spirituality and wellbeing.

We loved our stay here. From the check in experience to the very last minute of check out everything was amazing. The hotel felt like a relaxing oasis, kind of like a spa feeling, superb breakfast, perfect service from everyone we encountered, you even get called by your name by staff. We tried a few things at the restaurant as well as cocktails and it was great (we are quite picky, but never got dissapointed). Jungle view rooms are wonderful, private and beautiful, bed was big and comfortable. Amenities are also top notch. we went to the beach on our last night, brought the speaker that was part of the room and forgot to take out the speaker out of the beach bag, staff noticed upon check out that the speaker was missing and asked us if we know where it is. We checked the beach bag and found it, we felt a bit embarrased, but staff handled it so gracefully and made us feel much better. I dont remember his name, but the guy at the reception with beard is worth separate praise, his service was top notch. Now we are staying at the hotel next door and dreaming to be back at Ma’Xanab.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Terranova. The lush greenery surrounding the property added a serene and peaceful atmosphere, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. Rafa, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering excellent recommendations for local spots and restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a peaceful setting, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Everyting. Breakfast was very Good. The room was just un front of the swimming pool and it was so relaxing and beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful
