Woow , i don’t even know where to begin, this Hotel will make your vacation worthy. We felt like home, the service is out of this world! Its beauty is way more than perfect in real than on picture! I cannot express how amazing this place truly is. It is a magical oasis set in the beautiful Tulum jungle. We stayed in a room with our own pool and I highly recommend. It was the perfect place to come and chill out for our last 3 nights of our holiday by relaxing by the pool, doing some meditation (offered by the accommodation) and enjoying the sunshine. The restaraunt is amazing, BEST guacamole we've ever eaten and the most incredible Cocktails menu! I really wanted somewhere to eat authentic mexican food and that is exactly what we got. You can also borrow bikes from the accommodation and bike to nearby Cenote's. We visited 2x different ones in one day, super close and beautiful to experience!

Everything about Hotel Ma'xanab was incredible. The rooms, staff, property was amazing. The staff especially were so attentive and happy. One day we were late for a dinner reservation since we had a guided tour of Chicken Itza and my whats app wasnt working so I couldn't contact the hotel or the restaurant we had a reservation to let them know we would be at least 40 minutes late. When we returned the front desk had already called our restaurant letting them know we were running late and to hold our table. Truly top service! The beach lounge beds were amazing as well and wonderful to not have to worry about getting day bed since there is one for every. Amazing experience

To enjoy a week's vacation in Tulum, we decided to rent a car at the Cancun airport and stay at Hotel Terranova. It was the best decision we made! The experience at Boutique Hotel TerraNova was fantastic from the first moment! The hotel is located close enough to the center of Tulum for those who like to walk a bit (although we did use the car), but it is blessedly away from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of the jungle, allowing you to wake up with the sound of birds and made it possible to enjoy a calm and absolutely relaxing stay. The hotel space was immaculately clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel has an extremely friendly bar where the staff prepares excellent cocktails. And speaking of the staff… It is important to say that this is the strongest point of the hotel! I've traveled halfway around the world, but I've never come across a team so friendly and available to help you decide what to do around Tulum. Thank you very much Bani, Rafa and Gabriel! You were fantastic! It is worth mentioning that the cat Rita, also very friendly but full of personality, deserves to be considered an integral part of the team. She walks peacefully throughout the hotel and also contributes to the feeling of relaxation. And finally, many congratulations Gabriel! I hope you have a very happy birthday!

Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.

This place is an oasis of peace and beauty, the energy itself and the air you breathe here are healing and soothing. Amazing schedule of yoga classes and different types of rituals and workshops. Hands down the best place to stay when in Tulum. It was my second time here and I will for sure come back every time I have the chance!
