We loved everything about Banjaran hotspring resort. Very luxurious resort with super excellent services. The breakfast is superb. We ate dinner at The Pamelo restaurant the food is so delicious. Its highly recommended resort yes it is expensive but trust me it worth with what you pay. We will surely be back to stay here again.

The hotel is brand new, hence everything was spic and span. The room was basic but very well appointed and sparkling clean. There is a spacious sofa bed in the room which can easily accomodate two kids or one adult. The breakfast spread was limited but excellent. The Egg station deserves a special mention for churning out some truly amazing Egg dishes for breakfast. The service the breakfast buffet was incredibly good and efficient. The location of the hotel is another plus point. Its right in the centre of Ipoh and only a 2 minutes walk away from Ipoh Parade Mall, which has lots of eating options ect.

The location of the hotel and the morning buffet plus the ala carte order was quite helpful at least initially before venturing out in the town. I think the only problem is the heat and humidity that makes it really unpleasant but these factors are beyond the control of the hotel.
