Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Beautiful hotel, great location to KL and also a 5 minute walk to the local shopping Malls and restaurants, so many places to eat and shop. The room was cleaned to a high standard, the staff were professional, kind and friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The breakfast provided had an array of dishes, and was good quality.

My room was large, well illuminated and comfortable. The work desk was large and very well positioned. Breakfast selection is incredible. The hotel interior is very nice. There is a super huge mall adjacent to the hotel accessible right out of hotel lobby.

Had an excellent time at this hotel. The view from the 51st floor, the pool and the skydeck were amazing. The breakfast spread was huge. Definitely the highlight of my Malaysia trip.
