We were so impressed with the service provided by Herman, sorting out late check in for us and then when my brother left his jacket with his house keys in his picket in the wardrobe Herman went above and beyond to get it couriered to Auckland the next day for us so my brother would have it before he returns to the UK. So grateful and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Everything Maria was excellent to communicate with and went out of her way to help us. We needed accommodation and she helped us out . The best beds we have slept in yet.

They send out clear instructions on how to check in & out without the hassle, and are there for any quries or requests. :) I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back if I find myself in Hamilton!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Toured and showed us the room, introduced her many dogs and cat, cow and horses to us. The animals were a bonus but made me expect as the name suggests. Cool set of tea selection.
