The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very modern and clean hotel with great facilities. There is a couple of eating options in close proximity to the hotel, along with the great food in the hotel restaurant. Short distance to the town with great accessibility to electric scooters. The hotel was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms had automated / remote controlled blackout curtains. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The restaurant and room service on site was absolutely delicious. It was a great hotel and a wonderful experience! Plus the Spa and Pool in the lower level is divine!

Spacious rooms, great beds, helpful staff at reception and their in-house coffee is a very clever idea (& delicious). Also well located for tourists - right in between the old town and the kazimierz district. We would definitely stay here again.
