I'd like to provide an update to my previous review of Altus Palace. While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. A special thanks to Mrs. Chodarowska for her outstanding dedication in resolving the issue.

The breakfast was really good, with all that I could expect and more. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a great location as we were close to a Shopping Center and 10-15 minutes walk from one of the main squares.
