The Staff was amazing, I stayed there for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a special day, I couldn't thank enough Diogo Mila and Allan Diogo ! The overall experience was incredible : the decorations, the service, the spa, the wine/ cheese tasting, the breakfast, the comfort of the rooms... It was a memorable stay, I highly recommend.

The hotel is very centrally located, an easy walk to main areas of interest and also to plenty of good bars and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked.it was a pleasure staying there.

The property had a beautiful old charm feel about it but was modern if that makes sense. We stayed 5 nights in the jacuzzi III room and it was spacious, sparkling clean and well furnished. The hot tub was a great help because it was 35 degrees every day and we just turned down the temperature in the tub and it was very helpful to keep us cool. There is also a small pool on the property A great view of the city too. Right in the centre with restaurants and bars all around.
