The hotel is new and modern and is located in a great area full of upscale cafes and restaurants that are open till late every day. Whilst I was there, there were additional local retailers with stalls selling clothes and perfumes. The hotel is not far from Villaggio mall and metro station. If you wanted to go and explore

It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. Don’t miss such modern and new luxurious Hotel-don’t wait long to plan your next trip to Qatar- there is a team that is thrilled to have you in their OQ to experience the energy, style and warmth that make their hotel and hospitality so special. This hotel is out of this world beautiful, modern, and overall spectacular. From the lobby with its record breaking chandelier to the modern technology used in the rooms, elevators, bathrooms, gym. Outdoor swimming pool has a spectacular view of the building and is very quiet and relaxing. Rooftop bar view is breathtaking! Bonus points for allowing Fairmont guests to use all the facilities of the Raffles hotel in the second tower for free. This place is the future Burj al Arab, in a few years room rates here will be thousands of EUR/USD!

Our stay at this hotel in Doha was absolutely amazing. First of all, huge thanks to Anel, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to her, we even got a room upgrade with a beautiful sea view, which made our experience even more special. I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a private beach and an excellent location, close to shopping malls and other attractions. In short, we made the perfect choice, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.
