This was a perfect stop for a couple of nights, though we could easily have stayed longer. The staff were extremely friendly (we were even upgraded), the room was clean and comfortable, facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of hot and cold dishes. We were at Lake Bled for a wedding so the location was perfect and if you need to get a bus, the stop is just outside the hotel.

We travelled by car and you can park right next to your door which was a great plus. The room was spacious, very clean, well equipped. It is also situated in a quiet area and from the villa to the lake there is a shortcut if you go a few minutes on the right how you leave the villa. It is a bit far from the centre of Bled, but it’s better this way because the centre is very crowded.

Villa Generoes is a beautiful family run hotel with 120 years of history and carefully renovated. The hosts are very attentive and caring, my bed was made and pyjamas folded under the pillow. For anyone that wants to stay somewhere with amazing character and experience Slovenia like it used to be whilst enjoying modern comforts then this is for you. The location is also great, very close to the lake with a bakery next door

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The living room with air conditioning offers a good opportunity to eat and spend time together. 2 bedrooms are standard size with a double bed, the attic room has low sealing, but our children enjoyed it. The location is very convenient: the bus stop is on the opposite side of the street, the train station is in walking distance, as well as the shop and restaurant. The host offers support and answers all questions.

Everything was excellent- we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Room was amazing with magical view of the lake (we were even upgraded to the suite by the hotel!). Staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a huge variety and even a la carte options. Nothing to complain about.. would love to visit again!

The breakfast is absolutely incredible! Plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians too. There is a hotel cat who is very sweet and has a little bed in the corner of the breakfast terrace. We loved that the hotel has an ecolabel Our room felt very luxurious :)

Great place to stay in Bled. 3 min walk from the lake itself, very convenient location, quite, with great nature - try the lounge zone with the outside seating capacity - the views are stunning there. Another plus is a big parking just near the hotel. Personnel is responsive and attentive. Breakfasts are really good, good choice of meal for every taste.
