The view from the room of the Alps is breathtaking. The room is tidy and well-equipped. The spa area is okay, pleasant, and well-equipped - however there are only three saunas in the spa area, which leads to overcrowding if more people are using the saunas at the same time. Breakfast was really good and the massage centre and sauna were great too. The staff is approachable and friendly. We got a beautiful room with a balcony and mountain view. The location is very calming with a large parking lot in front of the hotel. You can walk to the center of Kranjska Gora in 10 minutes, and to Lake Jasna in 15-20 minutes. The pool and Wellness (saunas) are neat and clean, not crowded. Rich and tasty breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfy and they seem to be recently renovated. Breakfast is really good and has plenty of choice.
