Nicely designed property and nice facilities. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. The location on Koh Samui is tucked away which makes this a tranquil and quiet place to be - perfect if you want some time to relax and recharge. A taxi trip to Chaweng cost around 800 baht.

Be reassured, the hotel is real gem 💎 with a staff ( that we heavily tipped at the end because so good) We stayed there 2 weeks with our 4 month old baby to go at our own pace. There are all you can drink in your refrigerator, the room was really spacious and well decorated. The bed was immense and we could even sleep with our baby in it. There are three swimming pools , all of them great in their own way. You will find whatever is needed to be comfortable for you. The restaurant happy time next door cooks super well and so is the little drinks shop with the lady lacto OVO vegetarian. She was the warmest person I met! Massage next door and laundry in front of the hotel. Go for it! Everything is convenient and affordable

Beautiful property and a warm, authentic 5-star service that’s hard to find on the island. We spent two weeks here and are very happy with the choice. Excellent restaurant and pool area and such a tranquil, quiet setting overall. No sounds of club music thumping late in the night, like you find at some other high-end places that are a bit to close to the action. It's super peaceful at Zazen. I enjoyed using the yoga room and gym, and it was great to have the option of walking on the beach to/from Fisherman’s Village. Top notch staff as well, service-focused, warm and friendly. Will look forward to staying at Zazen again!

It is a one of a kind resort, up on the hill with beautiful views of Samui. It is far from the chaos, so if one is looking for a peaceful and serene location, this is it. Very clean, spacious rooms and washrooms, nothing to complain. The staff here was very welcoming, from the moment we arrived. We reached here at 8 in the morning, and they checked us in right away, so we didn’t have to wait till the normal check-in time. They pick you up from your villas in buggies, and drop you off whenever and wherever you need to go, e.g (swimming pool, restaurant, spa, or parking lot) so its very convenient. Pool has one of the most amazing views from it, and the fitness centre was just as good. They had yoga and pilates class in the morning too, some people might appreciate that. Breakfast at the restaurant was also amazing, you could order from the menu and had fruits and juices with various kinds of breads in the buffet. Also, there were complimentary water bottles in the room, which they kept replenishing in abundance, so never really needed to buy that from the store. Uploading some pictures and videos for reference. We wish we could extend our vacation here, but will come back here someday for sure.
