Be reassured, the hotel is real gem 💎 with a staff ( that we heavily tipped at the end because so good) We stayed there 2 weeks with our 4 month old baby to go at our own pace. There are all you can drink in your refrigerator, the room was really spacious and well decorated. The bed was immense and we could even sleep with our baby in it. There are three swimming pools , all of them great in their own way. You will find whatever is needed to be comfortable for you. The restaurant happy time next door cooks super well and so is the little drinks shop with the lady lacto OVO vegetarian. She was the warmest person I met! Massage next door and laundry in front of the hotel. Go for it! Everything is convenient and affordable

What can I say… it is exceptional. It is like staying at your billionaire friends house and all the staff is available for you 24/7. The design of the hotel is an experience in itself! It is not a crowded hotel and if you expect a lively vibe and people hanging in a hotel bar this is not the place. At least not when we were there. We didn’t leave the hotel once we got there and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We had breakfast lunch and dinner there throughout our stay and it was all really nice. Very private. We stayed in a room where the aircon was quite noisy and we mentioned it and they immediately arranged a different room so we got to try 2 different rooms. Gym was good Pool was nice - small but nice. View from the rooms is stunning. Rooms are fascinatingly beautifully built. The beach is not a sandy beach. There are rocks so it’s not the best place swim in the sea. See this place as you visiting a friends house (Willy Wonka’s summer residence) and not a hotel. We were treated like royals. So thank you Muki for having us in your hotel - you did a beautiful job building and designing it.

All in all was just perfect. From the check-in until the check out. The staff was so friendly and very well organized. All of the them. They made our stay lovely. We totally recommend to stay at Karma Resort in Bophut. Thank you for these lovely stay at your resort.

Beautiful property and a warm, authentic 5-star service that’s hard to find on the island. We spent two weeks here and are very happy with the choice. Excellent restaurant and pool area and such a tranquil, quiet setting overall. No sounds of club music thumping late in the night, like you find at some other high-end places that are a bit to close to the action. It's super peaceful at Zazen. I enjoyed using the yoga room and gym, and it was great to have the option of walking on the beach to/from Fisherman’s Village. Top notch staff as well, service-focused, warm and friendly. Will look forward to staying at Zazen again!

We loved every second. This serene hideaway is perfect to recharge and relax. Perfectly planned rooms using high quality materials. Delicious breakfast buffet by the beach with sea views. Excellent variation that has something for every taste. Lovely Thai Restaurant on site - fantastic service, delicious dishes, fine dining feeling. The staff took great care of us and we loved having a fitness studio available on site. We absolutely recommend!
