I loved that the stuff was very kind, they upgrated my father for his limited mobility to a room that he can walk easy. Kids entertament was great, they made sushi and walked on water activity. The spa was also very good!

Excellent: staff, accommodation, bed comfort, food, location near beach and village, quiet. The staff were extremely helpful with early breakfasts before 7am, and booking transport even at 2am! I was able to use the spa shower before the return flight. Highly recommend, will return.

The location close to the airport is very convenient (10 min in taxi). The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large and quiet. You may need to walk a bit if your room is further away. The breakfast was very good, especially the Thai dishes. The hotel provides a lot of free stuff: free sport and yoga classes everyday, gym, paddle board and kayak, floaties in the swimming pool. They gave us lots of baby toiletries for our daughter. It's a very kids friendly place, with an outdoor playground and indoor kids club. Our toddler had the greatest time at the kids club and Fashai, the lady running it, was an angel and took great care of our daughter. We will definitely consider coming back again and thanks the hotel staff for an amazing experience!

We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location is great too, the beach is right across the road and we could get beach towels every day.

    Lovely clean spacious rooms. Nice pool with a swim-up bar. Happy hour cocktails. Breakfast is good. You can have eggs cooked to your liking and a selection of Asian dishes, fruit and pastries. Close to beach, restaurants, bar and massage. Very close to the markets.

    Everything is wonderful. The location very near the beach is great, the resort is spacious and well kept. The staff is all around great and service oriented. I had rented a pool villa which offers luxury and privacy without breaking the bank. Great Wifi.

    We enjoyed our stay and had a really relaxing days before we headed back home after staying in Phuket for 3 weeks. We had our 5 month old daughter with us and it was really nice property to have kids. The Spa was wonderful, really recommend to have massages there!

    Excellent , small beachfront location. Spa was exceptional. Overall neighbourhood was lovely and relaxed with nearby local Market, next to National park and Beach massage , bars and restaurants. Looks good for families due to quiet cove.

    The Room was very spacious with pool access. Access to the brach via a small " manned raft " was very quirky and fun. The staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and tidy. I enjoyed this hotel, it may need a little TLC in some areas, but it had a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I would return here. Sitting by the fish pool having breakfast, listening to the birds calling was lovely.

    It's a 10 to 15min stroll to the beach area where there are many shops and restaurants. The area near the hotel is relatively quiet and there are a few massage places, eateries and a 7-11. Room is spacious and all equipment are in working condition. Nice lounge area in the room plus outdoor balcony. Bed is comfy with a few pillows and cushions. Pool area is great for swimming and relaxation (when don't have noisy guests or kids).

    There was attention to detail in every part of this hotel. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pools were so beautiful and well maintained. The food was so good. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The spa was beautiful and the massages were 10/10. I even got a hydration drip on the last day. They have everything you could possibly want at this hotel!
