Everything was great regarding the resort. Very luxurious and very well-built. I loved the room and everything was exactly how we imagined and booked. Staff was amazing too! It's in Thailand's culture to be super kind and we really experienced that at this resort as well. Housekeeping was great and every day so we always had new towels every day. Very good experience overal.

Our stay was as relaxing as we needed. We also met our daughter, son-in-law and grandson it was perfect 👌 Tina and the team were always helpful, nothing was a problem even helping us when our booked taxi did not arrive to take us to the airport. Thank you Tina much appreciated. We did a thai cooking class with Win and his team,it was really enjoyable. We had a good laugh too and enjoyed eating the end product. I'm hoping after 40yrs, Derek will be encouraged to try more cooking !!! The room was well maintained and cleaning ladies extremely helpful. It is a perfect place to do tours from and shuttle bus in and out to phukett old town is a great service. Charts are available to take people to their rooms, and the drivers are so pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for a perfect holiday.
