Everything! There is an amazing garden with relaxing swimming pool, hidden sunbeds among the tropical plants. Just paradise. The villa has beautiful interior design, very comfortable with everything you need. And the staff was the best - always helpfull and taking care. There is possibility to arrange taxi or massages in the villa. Thank you for wonderfull time🙏

Extremely friendly staff who was was attentive to our every need. A special mention to apple our waitress who was friendly and hard working ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Also, Juice who had the most friendliest smile. Also Guide, the manager who was informative about the area and answered our every need. The location is superb and an easy walk to the beach and Main Street.

Well what can you say this place was exceptional in all aspects, all staff are very friendly and accommodating even the cleaners and gardeners were always friendly. every aspect of our stay from the small things to the bigger things nothing was to hard for the staff to handle always smiling. the pools there are great and the water slides for the children are awesome this resort caters for the children in many ways from a small child's cinema to a great play room this certainly allows the parents to have a rest as well. one thing that really impressed me was i liked a hot chocolate for breakfast after 2 days there i didn't need to ask for it, it was it was just brought to our table every day. Aivy was really pleasant with us the whole time there and nothing was to difficult for her to do for us. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone the rooms a relatively spacious I booked 2 rooms for my family but really needed only one as the room can comfortably accommodate 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed i didnt realize this at booking so check before you book i could have saved $620. The beach is only a 7 minute walk from the resort and is a nice beach. there are plenty of food venues within a easy walking distance, Chemist is a 10 minute walk around the corner. we used the Bolt taxi service as they are cheap and efficient.

Fabulous stay! Everything was perfect. The cleanest property (worldwide) I have ever been to. It was very quiet even with pools in each vila. Shops and restaurants are very near. Staff is great, always going the extra mile. Everyone, the shuttle driver, the security, the reception. Thank you!

I think it was my third time visiting this hotel for the past 10 years, and I have always enjoyed my stay here so far. I believe that Banyan Tree is one of the best hotels to stay while you are visiting Phuket, as it provides you with everything you need - a range of good restaurants, fine in-room dining, leisure facilities, etc. The hotel’s staff is also extremely polite and helpful.
