I really appreciated the excellent service from the staff, especially the evening receptionist Mohamed, and Chef Dorra for the wonderful breakfast, as well as the General Manager Mr. Mohamed. The location is excellent and the service was very good. We stayed for a week.

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They totally make it an exception place to stay. For us Leith and Wissem on front desk were most helpful and professional. Would love to come back They have an excellent variety of evening programs. The ANIMATION staff kept the crowd pumped-that was fun. The cleaning staff were attentive without being intrusive, made sure the room was in order and worked around our schedule.

Paradise Found at Occidental Sousse Marhaba! If you're dreaming of a Tunisian getaway that ticks all the boxes, look no further than the Occidental Sousse Marhaba! This incredible hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. A Beach Lover's Paradise: The private beach was stunning! Soft sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of loungers had me basking in sunshine and ocean breezes all day. The beach bar kept the cocktails flowing, with friendly staff always happy to recommend their favorites. Family Fun in the Sun: My kids absolutely loved the pool complex! With multiple pools to choose from, there was always space to splash around and cool off. The animation team was fantastic, keeping the kids entertained with games, activities, and even mini-disco every night. They were true superstars! A Culinary Adventure: I was blown away by the variety and quality of the food. Freshly prepared dishes catered to every taste bud, from international favorites to delicious Tunisian specialties. The themed nights were a particular highlight, offering a taste of different cultures. Even the pickiest eaters (like some kids I know!) will find something to love. A Relaxing Retreat: The comfortable rooms provided a perfect haven after a fun-filled day. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless. Every detail, from the free Wi-Fi to the smart TVs with Netflix, was well-thought-out to ensure a relaxing stay. - very good location, with a private beach. You have everything you need in this hotel: indoor pool, outdoor pool, aquaparc, jacuzzi, private beach. If you're looking for summer activities, everything is there. - the room is clean, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. There is a flat TV! Yes it's a small one (32" i think), but still it's flat which is not the case in other hotels. - security is a very good point in this hotel. I had a problem and they solved it very quickly. Cameras are everywhere and are very useful since the hotel is very crowded in the summer season with many people. - the food is just perfect! Many varieties, very tasty, not spicy (i was stressed about spicy food since Tunisia is known for this, but no, the food in this hotel is not spicy at all). - very good animation team. Many activities. No boring time.
