food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

Wonderful place with very well trained and polite staff all around resort. Heaven for families with kids, you just can’t get bored here. Good quality and choice of food and drinks and generally very clean place. Even though it was almost fully booked it never happened that we haven’t found sun lounges or free table for dinner. Special plus goes to amusement park which is free of charge, we enjoyed our evenings there having a lot of fun. I think we already know where we’ll gonna spend our next summer holiday :)

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was great and very clean. The hotel staff were all kind, respectful, and always had a smile on their faces. If you needed anything, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. The food was okay, the animation was okay, and overall we had a wonderful week here. We will definitely come back because we had such a great time. Special thanks to Mr. Akin in the wellness area, Mr. Burak (DJ), and Mr. Serkan (Showman) – thank you so much! Many of the staff spoke German, which was a big plus for us. All in all, we truly appreciate everyone’s hospitality and want to thank the entire team!

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!
