Everything was fantastic. I couldn’t think of any other place better than this hotel. I don’t know what to begin with, but the most impressed thing was that even though I made a reservation which is not non-refundable, because of the typhoon we had to reschedule the trip, the hotel arranged the date very kindly. Other than that, stuffs are super friendly, facility is perfect. Location is super convenient, everything such as places to eat, supermarket, is within walking distance, one stop from Taipei by MRT. I can’t praise this place enough.

As soon as you enter, the staff on the first floor welcome you and guide you to reception, offering a very pleasant iced tea after your journey to arrive. A very warm welcome from reception, a spacious, clean and perfectly equipped room. A perfect relaxation area, with everything available on site. A pleasant pool with a lovely view. Everything has been thought of for visitors. Breakfast is a large and varied buffet, both sweet and savory. Perhaps the 10 a.m. opening time is a bit tight, but understandable since the place welcomes visitors for lunch. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel, if I get the chance, I'll be back.

Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

very friendly staff since the moment we arrived. I could speak Mandarin but I also really appreciated that the staff was very willing to speak English to my partner. breakfast spread (both Taiwanese and western breakfast) were amazing. Loved the pineapple cakes and bought extras to bring back home! also loved the comfortable slippers from the room and wanted to buy a pair but too bad my size was not available.

The cleanliness of the hotel and attentiveness of the staff were good. Location to bus stops and mrt exits were extremely accessible. There were taxis waiting outside the lobby of the hotel so you do not need to call cabs was an added convenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The bed was comfortable and made my stay very enjoyable. In addition, the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They assisted me in getting a taxi and communicated with the driver to ensure I was headed to the right destination.
