There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

I really liked our room, the service was excellent, and it was pretty close to the convention center. We just needed to walk 12 mins to get there. The food was also pretty good
