Felt new. Liked the room mini bar area - books, menu etc A lot of attention to detail on carefully selected brands they work with eg goop and Augustinus bader. Technogym was amazing, especially the little chocolate protein balls and hydration water they provide in gym. Nice vibe in lobby area

The room was huge(we had a Resort Room with 2 Queen Beds), and we were offered an upgrade for free but declined it as we were more than happy with what wwe were getting. It was at the back of buildings near the pool , and although the music at the pool was exceptionally loud we didn't hear a thing in the room. It was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I've stayed in. The beds were large and very clean and comfortable .The Prado restaurant had good meals at reasonable prices . Staff were reasonably quick at serving both in the bar and restaurant and very helpful.

Good food and drink options with the ability to charge the bill to the room which was very useful. The River Ranch was great with lots of seating and room to spread out. The spa was peaceful and relaxing with great massage therapists.
