    Staffs was friendly. Good aesthetics all around the resort to take photos. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options from Western to Asian cuisines, plenty to choices. We loved the public pool and bar side. Room was clean and spacious.

    From the moment we arrived at this beautiful resort we felt relaxed in the impeccable grounds and the well designed spacious rooms and villas . The manager and the staff are amazing especially Thuy and Vy who were very helpful and welcoming . We chose this resort because it’s like a hidden gem that feels like authentic Vietnam . The grounds people work hard every day to create the immaculate and beautiful grounds .. Thank-you ❤️

    Beautiful location on the beach and a well maintained property near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 pools were lovely. There was an outdoor playground and an indoor playground for the kids. There is a tennis court and a golf driving range. There is also a day spa with a sauna and steam room. There is a buggy that goes every 5 mins from the lobby to the restaurant, pool and beach otherwise it’s a lovely 5 minute walk.

    From the moment we checked in we felt looked after and able to relax. The room was beautiful, lots of space, great view, comfy bed, and great amenities. The staff are all so helpful too, especially the breakfast team! Breakfast had a great selection of hot food, noodle soups and banh mi. We had dinner on the last night in the Ana Sand House- would highly recommend the clay pot fish!

    The spa facilities here are wonderful, our Fusionista, Mervyn (Hai) was absolutely fantastic as were all the staff around the resort. We felt welcomed on our honeymoon and they took great care of us all the way through our stay. Breakfast is fantastic and the hideaway pool is a beautiful spot to relax in. Great gym facilities, table tennis etc. Room was also massive and comfortable with very strong air conditioning which was a relief every day.

    The personalized service was really exceptional. Our dedicated customer service assistant (Joe Nguyen) was available at any time to satisfy any of our requests, organize reservations, etc... The Spa services were excellent, top quality and in a beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was very good and the breakfast choices were amazing. The welcome basket in the villa included a DIY mojito set, really fun to prepare and to enjoy by our private pool.

    The hotel is very modern from the point of architecture, as all rooms are facing the ocean with a fantastic view from my 7 floor. I also like food quality and variety in all inclusive package. The hotel spa was outstanding - they offer 1 hour massage, steam room (hammam) and sauna for a discount price of usd 30.

    With all the flair and elegance of a top resort, Fusion manages to maintain an understated and relaxed feel. The fusionista idea works so well. Joe and Nathalie were wonderful in every way! The service is outstanding; if someone noticed we were lurking near an empty coffee pot at breakfast, they preempted our need, came over and replaced it immediately. The spa treatments were out of this world! Just superb. Well done all of you xx
