Very good hotel with warm service. There is a reception girl called Lee who's nice And helpful. She even learnt Chinese. I think multi language skill is very important and helpful. There is a women who's deligent and nice as well. Think she is the owner. It must take efforts to make a hotel as good as this one. Btw there is free massage for guests

Fantastic place to stop and relax for a couple nights. The staff are kind and helpful (especially Vi - Minh at reception) and there is a lovely koi pond right in the middle where breakfast is also served. I would definitely come back here

Even though we only stayed for one night we had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, rooftop bar was spectacular and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Hanoi’s Old Quarters. But most of all we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was. They definitely went above and beyond to cater our needs, help with transportation and even book a last minute massage. Big thanks to My Lee who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
