This hotel is really great. We stayed in different hotels during our stay in Vietnam and this one was one of our best. The room is not the biggest but everything is there, whatever you need. It's comfortable and the design is amazing. It feels really welcoming. We got an upgraded room with a big window. The location is really good, the restaurant is just upstairs and it has vegetarian options. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really did the best to make our stay great. Highly recommended!

L’Signature Hotel in Hanoi is stunning. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

We have been travelling through Vietnam for three weeks and this was our favourite hotel. Amazing staff that speak English well and the rooms are so comfortable. The highlight of the stay was probably the breakfast and the rooftop bar.

You ask what we liked about this oasis amid outdoor chaos. This is a sanctuary where we felt comfortable, well cared for and our requests were not only met with consideration but the manager went over and above our request.to satisfy our need. This place is a diamond in the midst of all boutique hotels in the area. The breakfast was varied but it was also delicious and we could feel "love" being an important ingredient to their dishes. I would recommend this hotel to all and sundry and I WILL RECOMMEND IT...that is for certain.
