Very attentive staff who helped with all aspects of our Sapa holiday

The room, the view, the service, and the food were all fabulous, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel manager was super friendly, they even managed to give us our room 4 hours earlier. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of fine foods, and you can also ask for local Pho with custom ingredients. The staff was lovely. We also recommend the "Hard Trekking - Unimagine level" Sapa rice-filed tour, which was amazing with our lovely local guide. Traditional local architecture design is also fantastic, they paid attention to every detail of the whole resort.

Nice spacious room, Mountain View, large window and balcony, stylish decor. Breakfast is super good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. Best experience ever.

Amazing place to stay. We booked just for 1 night but after we stayed we decided to come back and stay 3 more nights. The place is really beautiful you have a nice view from the mountains, and you feel comfortable and the breakfast is exceptional. The customer service is really good. the rooftop bar has an amazing view, you feel that you dont want to leave the hotel. You got everything that you could want there. I didn't do the spa but I know they offer you if you like that.

Dining at the resort's restaurant was a highlight, with the chef's creativity and the quality of the food leaving us thoroughly impressed. Considering the exceptional quality of services and amenities provided, the cost of our stay was more than justified. Every penny spent contributed to an unforgettable vacation, making us feel pampered and cherished throughout our visit. Really comfortable breakfast was great

Amazing staff..especially Kim Thanh who took care of us from the moment we booked to when we left. We organised transport from Hanoi and tours through them and all of it was perfect Food is also very good. It is close to town but still far enoigh to feel rural part of Sapa..Absolutely amazing hotel!

Out and out, KC and Julie are great asset as staff to make your stay comfortable. Nice location in the heart of the town, accessible to walk, and sightseeing logistics.
