We spent 5 nights at Kaya Palazzo; the hotel is a wonderful water front property with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. There was plenty of outdoor space as well as lots of public rooms. The en-suite bedrooms were also luxurious and spacious. A number of good restaurants in particular the breakfast buffet and the “kebab” restaurant were truly first class. Indeed after the breakfast i defy anyone to eat before the evening dinner!!! The staff were friendly and willing but their level of English was limited so a little patience is required. There was a well equipped and spacious gym for those who like that kind of thing. There was a pool deck with a number of pool houses giving direct access to the crystal clear water which was nippy at this time of the year. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property . All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for affordable luxury.

The room was big, very nice and very clean. The AC worked very well.The staff from reception and restaurant spoke English very well and was very kind and helpfull.The breakfast was very good and it was served in the restaurant which had a very nice panorama. The parking for car was very good and the hotel had elevator. We felt very good.

    I loved the place. Location, food, entertainment for kids. They did some renovations and really improved on quality of the food, the breakfast and dinners were delicious. Good options for lunch too. The rooms were nice and clean. They gave us the room that smelled like tobacco and immediately changed it once I went to the reception about it. Amazing spa with very good stuff both at reception and massage. Will come back again for sure. Water parks for kids was great

    I was visiting a dentist and it was 2km from surgery and 0.5 km to town centre. Excellent choice of breakfast dishes - fresh fruit, cakes, meat, cheese, omelettes etc although the croissants / rolls were a bit hard. Spa and massage 35 euro in basement very clean. View to see not impressive but south facing to mountains was better. Roof top pool being renovated but big terrace space and bar BBQ in summer (not open when I visited in February). Chess, draughts and backgammon boards in bar area.

    We had a very good 5 days of relaxing and I definitely recommend the spa inside the facility was truly the best experience we ever had will definitely go back soon! Also the a la carte in from was very much appreciated, breakfast very rich you could find plenty of selections 😃

    4th time here and would happily return again. Staff friendly and helpful. Room/bed comfortable with everything you need. Roof pool wonderful to relax and enjoyed a massage in the spa. Wonderful for a short break.
