The rooms at Serras Andorra are designed with your well-being in mind, our 57 rooms and suites are very spacious and bright. Most rooms have mountain views and have a balcony or terrace. Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

Adult guests at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa have daily access to the impressive Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for free for 2 consecutive hours per day. It includes pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets and 2 outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. Please take note that , these pools are not for swim. No pools for swim are available in Winter season.We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. Also, it is very important you consider before reserving a room that Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Bear in mind, that swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit and mandatory to be used always inside it. I normally don't give 10s for reviews, but I really have to give this hotel one. Super-friendly staff. Great, spacious, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Really nice gym. Great location with amazing views.

Guests have free access to the gym, to the kids' club, and to a storage room for bicycles with tools and cleaning area. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. We saw a lot of families with small children. And all the staff were very kind to the children, so our family also was able to relax perfectly. In addition, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The location was a little far from the city center (20min by car), but that was not a problem. Instead, we had a great view of the surrounding mountains. I trust that my choice was the best. I wish we will be back!!!

We stayed for 6 nights, and could not have had a better trip. By far the best stay I’ve had in Andorra. The apartment was incredible, the chair lift is no more than 1 minutes walk from the building but above all, dealing with Aleix was an absolute pleasure. He accommodated me after initial dates had to be changed due to lack of snow at the very start of the season and made the entire stay easy and truly unforgettable, we will definitely be staying here again. Aleix is without a doubt the kindest and most genuine type of gentleman one could encounter, the property is 10/10 and Aleix’s care to detail is 12/10 🤟🏼
