Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms at the Villa de Alquézar are spacious and all have satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Everything , the staff was very friendly, the place very beautifull and calm. The swimming pool great to enjoy after the mountain activities!

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. Only one night so I cannot say a lot. Everything was good. Like it should be. Friendly staff, clean, big (really) room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The parking with lift to the hotel.

Spa hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 16:00 to 21:00, Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Children under 16 years of age, pregnant women and persons with contraindicated diseases are not allowed. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course

Located in La Seu d'Urgell, 23 km from Naturland, HOTEL & SPA El Castell de Ciutat provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, as well as a restaurant. I loved Hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.

Wonderful property just on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Andorra shopping. It was quiet and super comfortable. And very close to excellent coffee!
