Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz.

Das Heimsitz also includes a sauna. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar. we loved the beautiful penthouse apartment. It was big enough to sleep 5 people comfortably, was very modern, and well equipped. The bathrooms are big, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking home meals while socializing. The location is PERFECT, right at the bottom of the slopes with two gondolas to take us up. We also rented equipment from the Intersport across the street which was very convenient. Highly recommend, we will come again!

Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. It was just perfect, the room was huge and bath was well maintained a clean (!) , dinner and breakfast was really good (maybe one of the best i had).
