The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We have a 1 Bhk appartment which was spacious and well stocked, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and there is laundry who is helpful when you are staying for longer durations . We enjoyed our stay in HAPIMAG and looking forward to come back again .
