We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Salzano Basic Rooms Interlaken is on the same grounds as Salzano Hotel, where guests can enjoy a large buffet breakfast or their dinner. It was very cozy and it felt like I was in a cabin. Parking was a plus also

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The food was so delicious in their restaurant.
