The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains.

The rooms are all individually decorated and feature rustic farmhouse furniture. Meet other guests in the friendly lounge or enjoy the outstanding view from the panoramic restaurant with its sunny terrace. The best organic breakfasts I've ever had during my visits to 29 countries. Every item for the breakfast was fresh and delicious. No single item on the menu was worth trying. The host offered me a special daal curry for breakfast. The location from Interlaken West railway station was a 20-minute bus ride with a breathtaking view of the lake Thun.

Featuring accommodation with a balcony, SwissHut Modern Chalet with Spa - Chalet Beunden is set in Beatenberg. A hot tub is available for guests. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking chalet has a sauna. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment is super-comfortable, clean and quiet; it exceeded our expectation. We liked everything. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. There is Nespresso coffee machine and the pods are provided. The dishwasher pods are also provided in sufficient quantities. The apartment is very spacious and provides many cupboards, wardrobes and other cabinets, which is useful. Parking is just across the corridor. It was very convenient as we did not have to carry all our luggage from and to the car. It is included in the price. The host is very helpful, the communication was perfect. The apartment is in Dorint hotel and all hotel facilities are available at no extra cost. There is indoor pool, hammam and sauna next door. There is also mini-golf right next to the apartment. All the necessary equipment is provided in one of the cupboards. Beatenberg is a slightly isolated village but, still, there is a small bakery and supermarket, accessible by bus in 5 min, so one can get all one needs. There is also a funicular heading directly to the lake. Check-in and check-out is super-easy as the keys are simply left at the hotel reception. The receptionists were very nice, attentive and friendly.
