We saw many wild animals on the property and loved the views from the towers and the restaurant. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Beautiful room. What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.

Quiet , peaceful, super friendly staff. Very comfortable beds , great breakfast and they accommodated my need for GF as I am Coeliac. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms were huge. Amazing wildlife, we saw toucans , iguanas and heard the howler monkeys.

I loved hanging out in our hammock listening to bird song all around. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. It is pretty far from La Fortuna so just bear that in mind if you are booking. However we loved the location and the hotel are great about organising transport to and from the lodge. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
