Lounge area by reception was a perfect 'hyggelig" area for guests to relax with a drink, read, play cards or chess. Had delicious Moules Frites for dinner in their vibrant Brasserie restaurant. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very cosy and charming wine bar where they served delicious tapas. Susana, the owner, is very helpful and gives great tips on what to do, where to eat etc. Loved it!

Hotel offers accommodation for all needs, we have chosen a little better room than the smallest one knowing that bathroom will be small, however this has not affected our stay as we knew it forehand. Best Western Herman Bang's central location provides easy access to Frederikshavn's many shops and restaurants. Private parking spaces are found behind the hotel. The location was exceptional to the historic town, the ferry landing, and the train station. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of selections. The bed was comfortable and bathroom modern. We also ate dinner one evening and it was very tasty.
