Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. Customer relations lady provided excellent service. She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

I loved everything about the hotel: spacy well decorated room with stunning view, breakfast in historic 1902 restaurant, beautiful territory with a nice pool, staff is welcoming etc.

Her colleague, Mirna also helps me to rent bicycles for us to cycling around the resort (the area was huge!). From the day we entered the resort until check out, both of them were pleasant and extremely kind to us. To the management, please give them promotion!!! Their service makes me feel like home, I mean it.
