And upon that, the location and view is amazing; room is clean and comfortable; pool is super clean and warm.. So in short, we liked it a lot will be back again! Thank you!

We stayed there in Batumi for the new year holiday with my family for 4 nights. As Batumi is a small city , everything is in walking distance. However the location of this apartment is like in the middle of everything. 2 mins to Nuri Lake , 5 mins to beach , 5 mins to Europe square etc. Amenity was good with 1 queen bed and one foldable sofa in the living room , a small balcony and toilet/bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Apart from everything , Irakli , our host was super friendly,always at reach and helpful. He was more like a friend than a host. I can now say that I have a friend in Batumi. Surely I will pick this place up for the next visit in case. Thank you Irakli for your help !

The hotel offers spa facilities, indoor pool tennis court and a fitness centre. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is truly unique – isolated on a cliff facing the sunset, surrounded by nature with stunning sea views. The infinity pool and the other facilities, including the diverse spa center, the entertainment area with bowling and billiards, and the beautiful private beach, made the stay even more special. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable experience.

The bed was soft yet supportive, giving us peaceful nights of sleep. Everything was well thought out, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We are already planning to return on our next visit.

Property owner contacted me as soon as I booked, he was very helpful. There was a minor issues, like light replacement but it was fixed quite fast. Location is good, you just need to cross the street and you almost reached a sea
